Gaming Addiction

In health, Firstly we have to choose our topic and answer our 5 big questions, My topic is gaming addiction. we were set a task that required us to work on our own or with a friend. I choose a gaming addiction task because I want people to know if they play a lot of gaming what will happen to there mental health and their body. Instead of gaming, playing video games on your phone all day make your health unhealthy and your body and your eyes will damage because of gaming. Instead of gaming you could do other things like exercise outside or doing sports outside with your friend or you could like to learn how to play the piano, Violin, Guitar.

Mental and emotional Set time limits gaming. how would your mental health affect if you play too much gaming?

Keep phones away and other gadgets on your bedroom

Mental and emotional  Like using your brain about keeping your phones away in your bedroom cause if you don’t keep it away you will play the game at night and not even good for your mental health.
