Today my focus is Frontflip
Before We've been doing gymnastics I was scared to turn my body down and like backflip and frontflip, because Im too fat that's why I can do backflip or frontflip. So it was first class in P.E in our gymnastics. First I was just watching my friend backflipping and front flipping on the mini-tramp. Suddenly my friend name Kush told me to try on the mini-tramp, I was so scared and nervous because I don't know when I jump what gonna happened to me like gonna break my bones or like break my back. But when I try it once I didn't expect that I'm gonna do it nothing gonna hurt my body. I frontflip not perfect but at least I try it and not scared to do it.
Aim Next Year gymnastics P.E
Next year I choose P.E because it helps my body fit and exercise, So I decide next year on gymnastics I can frontflip standing, because not I can frontflip but I can't stand back, so that's my aim next year is to frontflip standing.
My activities from today:
