Setting Activity 1 [English
Hello guys, For this blog we have to make our own story with 3 paragraph, opening descriptions that show the reader when and where the action is taking place. We can choose the list of the slide or we can make our own story
A scary creepy haunted house where lots of people accidentally throw their thing in that creepy house and they are very scared to get the thing because there is the owner of the creepy house who is very angry if someone climbs out of the fence and gets there a thing that accidentally throws. The owner of the house has very dirty teeth that have 30 days never toothbrush, His T-shirt never been change and the smell of him like died rats who never been thrown for weeks. When I played with my friend and suddenly my friend's ball accidentally went on the Scary haunted house where there was a lot of things that have never been taken out. I decided to go there with no permission from the owner of the house. When I climb on the fence and go to the backyard there was a noise coming from inside the house. I decided to get the ball faster before the owner gonna known that I was in his backyard. Suddenly I step like a trap where the owner knew that I was there in his backyard. The owner opens the door and He brings like a troop and knife, I run faster and get out of the trap and climb back to the fence, I said to my self 'Im so lucky he didn't get me'. The owner said never ever come back and climb to his backyard if there are gonna climb on the backyard next time he will put like a lot of trap where they can't run away from him.

The Haka: Ka Mate
Hello guys, Welcome to another post on my blog, today I'm blogging about The Haka and explaining what does this used for and what is the Haka symbolic. Some of the words I research because hard to answer in my own words. I hope you will like my blog post thank you have a good day.
1. What is this line referring to?
'Tis death! 'tis death! (or: I may die) 'Tis life! 'tis life! (or: I may live)
'Tis death! 'tis death! 'Tis life! 'tis life!
Talking about his lives and what gonna happened in his life. In my own words, I think that lyrics mean is this death or he may die or he may live. Talking about he may die or he may live so that the 2 choices. Whoever sings that song is like a hairy man because he said in the lyrics.
2. Research how the Haka was used successfully by the Maori Battalion in World War One and how the Maori Battalion was viewed.
Research:
On its return from Europe in 1919, the Māori Pioneer Battalion was enthusiastically cheered at homecomings across New Zealand. Yet divisions remained in New Zealand society. Though equal war pensions were awarded to white and Māori soldiers, Māori was largely excluded from the ballot to allocate land and vocational training to returning soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act of 1915. Furthermore, returning Māori servicemen suffered disproportionally from the influenza epidemic brought back from Europe due to the limited health services provided to them.
3. How was the Ka Mate Haka first used in Aotearoa?
Ka Mate Haka was performed by the New Zealand native team on their long and arduous tour, All blacks 1905.
4. What is the Haka symbolic of now and where is it used today?

Culture - Taha Wairua
Hi guys, welcome to my blog again today I'm blogging about health and our task is to choose 3 that important in our culture and we have to explain how does this culture celebrate and why is this important.
Cultural experiences (pick 2 or 3) | How is this celebrated? | Who is it celebrated with? | Why is this important to celebrate? |
Birthday | We celebrate a birthday by going to the house of the girl/boy birthday where they prefer food and also if have a birthday they usually have cake and candles where he/she blow the candle then make wishes | family friend | Because where people born in the month but not in like years and also where people give a day to feel special and see how much those around them love them. |
Day Of The Dead | During the day of the death, the family often takes the opportunity to visit the gravesite and pull weeds, clean any debris and decorate the graves of loves ones. | Culture family and culture friends | It's very important for my culture and family because the day of the dead is like where our culture family die from the past and we remember them when they died. |
Christmas | A family friend will celebrate together and having fun games and in the Philippines play games like stop games in the chair and some people giving coins throwing them to kids. Many people decorate their house and visit family or friend to exchange gift. | Family and Friends | Because in our culture Christmas for us is Jesus birthday so its very special to us to celebrate Christmas. Also Christmas for us it also likes a new life. |
