The Benefit Of Physical Activities






  • Walking to school
  • Biking to school
  • Basketball
  • Scoter to school
  • walking fast to school, if you are almost late
  • Running


    Goal and  Promise:


I promise im going to make to my self is that I will exercise my body by using my bike going to school.

How are you gonna make that promise;
I am  gonna do it every day when im riding my bike to go to school

How you will make your body healthy;
  • Exercise every day
  • Eat fruit
  • Eat vegetables
  • Drink more water
  • Don't eat junk food
  • Don't drink soft drink
  • Don't eat or drink that is not good for your body
